Frequently asked questions

How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship same or next day from placing your order and depending on the destination, it will take from 1-3 days to arrive on your doorstep.  Each product at Goldgreenleaf has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description.

What's your return policy?

Instead of returning products you can contact us for a full refund. This way you will not have to pay more money in shipping back the items.  Just tell us what went wrong, send us a picture and we will refund your money back. Then, if possible you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you don't receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. So if you decide to cancel after the package is despatched we cannot accept cancellation. You can again donate the product or recycle it, or enjoy it!

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with the order i.e. wrong colour, wrong size, defective or other problems related to our service, simply notify us and we will give you a refund or ship to you again the right item.  You won't be asked to ship the product back to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges, however, if you didn't get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will get you a new one.
